Refund policy

IN RESERVATION/BOOKING:

1.You may choose your date of reservation in our open calendar, slots are shown in our order form page and purchase it via our check out cart. We can open our Sunday depending on the surge of orders.
2.As we surely prepare your orders is complete before pick up & delivery. We now strictly follow the pick-up time of comfort food ONLY from 8:00am-6:00pm & cakes ONLY from 1:00pm-6:00pm on the day of the reservation. Pick-up of cake before 1:00pm is NOT ALLOWED. If you have time constraints, we recommend that you book and pick up the cake on an earlier date.
3.Benibites reserves the right to refuse service to clients who have unruly, threatening, and violent behavior.
4.Joy-reserving or Cancelling an order is strictly not allowed once the slot is already paid & form has been filled out. Joy-reserving may limit you from placing an order in the future.
5.Since our cakes are custom-made, we do not allow cancellations. For this, we follow a pay-as-you-order scheme. Full payment of the reservation fee for the cake is required to secure the slot. Additional charges may incur depending on design, as well as these shipping options:

a.)You will receive an email confirming your order-receipt.
b.)Our team member will also discuss your design and finalize your order.
c.)Additional payments will be computed based on the final design, as well as your shipping option.

REFUNDS, CANCELLATION & PAYMENT/S:

1. No cancellation, no refund policy is also applicable to ALL non-cake products of Benibites.
2. We also follow a no cancellation, no refund policy, since all dates are booked in advance.
3. Payment Options include GCASH and BPI upon check out of order. We also accept Cash-on-Delivery payments but we require 50% downpayment to reserve your order slot
4. No payment means no order or slot will be reserve.
5. Changing dates / schedule is not allowed, because slots are purchased in advance.
7. Refunds will only be allowed upon full investigation and approval of Benibites.
8. Rebooking/ Rescheduling will only be allowed upon full investigation and approval in these following:

a.)If client will be rescheduling the date of delivery, he/she will be charged Php 200 per request for storage fee. Non-Payment of the fee will not process your rebooking request and original pick up date will push thru.
b.Client cannot pick up cakes & comfort food unless rebooking fee is paid. Please understand that we follow a strict schedule to maintain our quality. This fee is charged so we can adjust our schedule due to the rebooking.
c.Once we have sent out a photo/video of the finished product before the delivery & the client haven’t replied to our message and lapse the pick up time, we will let you choose a new time slot to pickup your order within the day
d.)Not all requests will be approved most especially when it comes to all finished cakes.
e.) Please respect our team and our terms as we always want to serve you better.

Comfort food & Design policy

FOR COMFORT FOOD:

1. Once slot is secured by paying your order, you will receive an email with your order-receipt after check out.
- For Comfort food, non-submission of the form & payments within 48 hours of receipt of email, means no order will push through.
2. Changes in sizes & or number of boxes are not allowed once paid, comfirmed and booked, in order to avoid mistakes or errors before delivering your comfort food.
3. Aside from cakes, We will also send an order summary please always double check your orders before checking out
4. All comfort food made by Benibites are uniquely made and bake fresh before delivery & Benibites will always strive to give its clients the best outcome.

FOR CUSTOM ROUND & MONOGRAM CAKE DESIGN:

applies to all cake sizes1. Once slot is secured by paying your order, you will receive an email with your order-receipt after check out.
Before paying your slot, kindly send us a direct message about your inquiry/design to our fb/ig direct message. We will then send your a quotation/confirmation before you can secure your payment.- For Design Your Own Cakes, non-submission of the form & payments within 48 hours of receipt of email, means no order will push through.
- For Bento lunchbox cakes, non-submission of the form & payments within 48 hours of receipt of email, means no order will push through.
- For Monogram & Number cakes, non-submission of the form & payments within 48 hours of receipt of email, means no order will push through.
2. All designs are subject to final approval and confirmation of baker.
3. Design medium is limited to Whipped Cream Frosting, Italian Meringue and Cream Cheese frosting. (Benibites cakes does not use airbrush, edible photo printing & etc.)
4.We can send a design drafts of cake if time permits.
5. Changes in design are not allowed once confirmed and booked, in order to avoid mistakes or errors when designing the cake.
6. Before ending the cake inquiry we always send a design summary. DOUBLE CHECK THE DESIGN SUMMARY. Once your cake design is confirmed, changes will not be allowed.
7. All cakes made by Benibites are uniquely made and may not copy the exact cake peg (colors, drawings, etc.). But Benibites will always strive to give its clients the best outcome.
